Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company (JABEEN) is owned by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY), established to align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the goals of the National Investment Strategy (NIS). JABEEN is dedicated to developing value-added services across industrial, residential, and commercial sectors within Royal Commission cities. These enhanced services are intended to complement existing offerings while improving overall service quality, reliability, efficiency, integration, and cost-effectiveness—ultimately boosting the attractiveness and competitiveness of RCJY cities.

JABEEN’s core objectives include:
