Jubail and Yanbu Industrial Cities Services Company (JABEEN) is a one-person closed joint stock company, acts as the investment arm for The Royal Commission(Jubail, Yanbu,Ras Alkhair, Jazan) with the participation of the private sector.The company contributes to the development programs and industrial and urban development, as well as executing it in all industrial cities of The Royal Commission,  including the following:

• Management, development, and operation of areas, facilities, and logistics services.

• Participation in activities and works involving raising the efficiency of industrial and other services in the cities of the Royal Commission, whether local or international companies.

• Managening land and real estate to develop it and construct buildings, residential and commercial centers, and complexes according to the activities of the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
